How to Order a Custom Staircase
Simple, Clear & Transparent Process
1. Contact Us
Call us or send a message to schedule your initial consultation.
2. On-Site Visit & Measurements
We visit your location at a time convenient for you, take precise measurements, and consult on materials and design options.
The on-site measurement fee is $100. If we proceed with the project, this fee is credited toward the total cost.
3. Project Estimate
We calculate the total cost of your custom staircase. If requested, we can provide 2–3 pricing options based on different materials and design solutions.
4. Contract & Deposit
Once pricing and scope are approved, we sign a contract and collect a 50% deposit to begin production and order materials.
5. Design Approval & Material Ordering
We finalize the staircase design, confirm all details, and order the required materials.
6. Staircase Fabrication
Custom staircase production typically takes 2–4 weeks, depending on project complexity.
7. Installation
Professional installation is completed within approximately 1 week.
8. Final Walkthrough & Balance Payment
After installation, we complete a final walkthrough. Once everything is approved, the remaining balance is paid and the project is complete.

Payment is made in two stages for your convenience and peace of mind:

A deposit is required at contract signing to cover the purchase of materials for your custom staircase.
✔ Final Payment
The remaining balance is due upon completion of fabrication and installation.
